Me with a blooming lilac chaste tree in TN

Hi, I’m Laurel Staples. I’m a flower essences practitioner. Thanks for stopping by my site! A little about me…
I’ve been on my own deep healing journey for 6 years. During that time, I quickly exhausted all the possibilities of conventional medicine (doctors, therapists, specialist, etc). So I turned to the holistic world (which always felt more in alignment with my values anyway) and I started a journey of going to acupuncturists, massage therapists, hypnotists, and anyone who I thought might be able to help me. After not getting any better, I turned to the more “out there” modalities including energy healing, shamanism, medical intuitives, body code, crystal healing, etc. You name it, I tried it. (Seriously.)
Each of these methods would help for a short while but then I’d go right back to where I was—stuck.
The first time I came across flower essences during this journey, I picked out several essences on my own, took them for a while, and then eventually gave up—adding them to my graveyard of unhelpful modalities.
Then years later, I got the feeling I needed to try them again.
This time, when I used them, something shifted. It started as a subtle shift, but it was enough. After this, I started reading everything I could about flower essences. I began experimenting with taking them and combining them. And out of everything I’d tried on my healing journey, this was the one thing that made the most noticeable, long-term impact for me.
When I decided to enroll in a flower essences practitioner training program, at first, it was just to learn as much as I could about flower essences for my own healing journey. Then, while in the program, I decided I wanted to bring this beautiful healing modality to others.
So here I am.
My passion is to provide a non-judgmental, sacred space for other women to experience deep levels of healing with flower essences. Because, to be honest, it sucks to have to go through a healing journey alone.
